ALL-STYLE KARATE REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP HELD IN KRASNADAR

The All-style Karate Regional Championship was held March 2-3 at the Sports Complex “Znamenskij” in the city of Krasnodar.

Some 450 athletes from Krasnodar, Armavir, Leningradskaya, Pavlovskaya, Anapa, Novorossiysk, Belorechensk, Ust-Labinsk, Adler, Goryachy Klyuch, Temryuk, Absheron, Otradnaya, Dinskaya, Sochi and the Republic of Adygea took part in the competition. The athletes competed in the LC (limited contact), MP (full contact in means of protection) and FC (full contact) disciplines.

The championship ended with the Krasnodar team ranking first, the Dinskaya team being the runner-up and Novorossiysk team ranking third in the competition. The winners will represent the Krasnodar region at the Championship in Orel.
