Federation of Martial Arts officials meet in Moscow to discuss the up-coming martial arts competition at IX Summer Sports Festival
On March 6th representatives of the Federation of Martial Arts met for the first time at the office of the Russian Union of Martial Arts to discuss the preparation of the up-coming martial arts championship at the IX Summer Sports Festival of Students.
The meeting was chaired by Ramil Gabbasov, the Executive Director of the Russian Union of Martial Arts and President of All-style Karate Federation of Russia.
Among the participants of the meeting were representatives of the Federation of Martial Arts and Combat Sports. The sports represented at the Summer Sports Festival will include Aikido, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Kyokushin, Wushu and All-Style Karate.
The competition is to be held October 1st – 5th 2019 at the sports and recreational complex “Vityaz” in the city of Anapa, not too far from Sochi, where the first martial arts competition was held October 14th-17th as part of the Summer Sports Festival.
