Martial Arts Festival in Ivanovo

September, 2 sports and entertainment complex “Olympia” in Ivanovo hosted the Combat Sports Festival. About two thousand spectators came to see it. Within the framework of the Festival, several dozen children and teenagers enrolled in sports schools and clubs. The first month of classes for newcomers, the Ivanovo federations of martial arts were provided free of charge. 

Ivanovo federations of martial arts organized demonstrations where you could see the cups and medals of the world championships won by Ivanovo athletes as well as communicate with coaches and athletes. 

Spectators saw demonstration of more than a hundred of the best Ivanovo athletes, representing a dozen of martial arts. Champions of different directions of karate, boxing, sambo, kendo and a dozen others on the arena of the festival demonstrated not only their skills in fights, but also the art of possessing military weapons. 

The Federation of All-Style Karate was represented by the pupils of the chairman of the regional branch of Alexey Palkin.
